Roller pressing granulator process

  The mixed precursor powder is transported into the large material bin, and then uniformly fed into the pre degassed material bin through a quantitative screw. The degassing screw presses the material into the forced feeder, which forces the feeding roller to feed it. After the material is compressed by the pressure roller, it becomes flakes. The flake material is preliminarily crushed by the crushing system, forming a mixture of particles and powder. Finally, the screening machine screens out the finished particles, The particles and fine powder that are smaller than the requirements of the finished product are returned to the system for recycling granulation.
